Your Task

  • Contribute to product vision and roadmap; work with stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Materialize requirements into actual working product
  • Materialize requirements into actual working product
  • Manage project budget and schedule, provide project reports and metrics
  • Insulate the team from external distractions and remove impediments
  • Groom the product backlog - work with the team on decomposition into manageable work items, prioritise them and ensure items are delivered
  • Guide the team through delivery within daily stand-ups and two-week sprints
  • Manage cross-project escalations, issues, risks and dependencies
  • Boost team efficiency with help of an agile coach on culture, practices and methodology

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in Product Management and/or Program/Project Management in the software development/implementation industry
  • Good understanding of software development principles, lifecycle and user centric design
  • Having knowledge and experience working with Agile principles and Agile frameworks and techniques (such as Scrum, Kanban, XP etc.)
  • Strong communication and social/team dynamic skills.
  • Must be able to oversee creative talent in addition to IT talent and facilitate the melding of both areas of expertise to plan and drive a project to completion.
  • MSc Degree or BSc Degree or equivalent in an appropriate field of study, including computer science, finance, operations, engineering, physical science, or related study.
  • Fluency in English
